What you eat includes calorie content as well as the nutritious content. As a grown woman of average build your body needs 1500-2000 calories per day. Even if you spend a lot of time sitting down, your body still burns calories. Brain activity is proven to increase the burning of calories and sugars and you may have noticed that you get hungry quickly after starting an assignment or a task on the computer.
